We all enjoy conversation and having fun on vent during a raid but during a boss fight Ventrilo needs to be quiet so that those that need to communicate have that opportunity. It’s hard to announce adds, events, or low mana when others are yacking about their dps. So let’s keep it quiet during boss fights please.

I was hoping it wouldn’t come to this but since some people have taken it to extremes I have no other choice. The AFK-ing during a raid has gotten ridiculous. From now on if you go AFK you are taking the chance of getting replaced. This judgment will be raid based so if it is agreed, you will lose your spot. From now on if you need to do something get it done before a raid or wait till after. If you get a piece of tier gear in Naxx and we’re preparing to do another wing, wait till we’re done before going to turn it in. We need to take consideration for other people’s time. Not to mention I'm sure the warlocks are sick of wasting shards because you want hearth for god know what!

Raid times are placed on the Blizzard Calendar. If you are not on between the times of invites than do not try and blame for me for not being able to go. It is up to you to make the times not for me to change the times to appease one person.
